Avery Enterprises tutors students along Colorado's Front Range (Fort Collins to Longmont) and along US 34 (Loveland and Greeley).
Though we tutor from elementary school through community college, we have two main specialties. One is teaching phonics and reading skills to K-3 students. If your child is struggling with reading, our reading specialist will get him on the right track in just a few hours!
Our other specialty is K-12 math and science. Our math/science specialist has taught math at UNC in Greeley, is eligible to teach both math and science in Colorado public schools, and can even tutor adults in calculus and differential equations.
Our long-time English students all read far above grade level and include one participant in the National Spelling Bee and two more in the Colorado State Spelling Bee. Our long-time music students all play multiple instruments (including one accepted to both the Front Range and Longmont Youth Symphonies!)
Most students make about a year's worth of math or reading progress in about 12 hours with us.
Hourly rates vary by subject, amount of tutoring desired, and location. If your child is behind in school, we can assess the problem, solve it in a few hours, and then suggest ways for students to make it on their own.
