The three divisions (Senior/high school, Division II/middle school, Division I/elementary school) each have their own section below. Each practice set contains 2 written tests and 8 oral rounds, along with instructions on how to use them to prepare your students for the quizbowl competition at their upcoming convention. Note that every team takes the written test for each convention; only the top few teams at each site play the final oral rounds to determine a champion.
Tests are written to promote Beta’s ideals of academic achievement; if you do well on our tests, you really know something! Each test/round is about 20% math, 20% social studies, 20% English, 20% science, 10% math and 10% miscellaneous/recent events.
